By working with our client’s, we investigate the individual risks associated with your site, and address these, during the on-site training. The company carefully adheres to the Health & Safety & Safety at Work Act 1974 and is hopeful of full co-operation from all parties to ensure the highest standards are maintained. All our employees are given a copy of the Health & Safety & Safety Act 1974 – Letter of Intent, as part of their initial training programmes. With regard to all products used on a site, we supply copies of Product Safety Data Sheets (in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 1987) to be kept in the cleaners store for everyone to view, if needed. | Our Area Managers are trained in two main areas, assessor training and cleaning proficiency. This means, that they can train all new members of staff and continue on-going training to existing staff. We are always looking to improve and keep up with the latest equipment, materials and training requirements for our staff. Working very closely with our suppliers enables us to find the correct machinery and materials for each individual site and provide the training required for these. After consultation with the client, we would hold a training session on site at the commencement of the contract. The topics that we cover are: |
