| Ashley Cleaning Services has been dedicated to the daily cleaning of the offices for over twenty years. A professional approach to customers’ specific cleaning requirements is the key to our success. Above all, regular visiting and inspection of all our contracts by our experienced team of Area Managers ensures the closest attention to detail which means total customer satisfaction.
After completing an initial site survey to establish each customer’s exact requirements, a bespoke specification is prepared for each client that will cover all cleaning requirements.

Our staff is sourced in various ways, including, our current employees and advertising in local papers. An Area Manager will then hold interviews to gain all the information needed about the applicant.

We would then pair the operative to the best-suited job for them. We want our staff to like where they are working, as this results in increased performance levels.
Our operatives will live locally to the contracts that they clean and each member of our team is trained in the essential aspects of the COSHH Health and Safety Regulations. Written cleaning instructions are given to each of our Operatives stating precisely what is required. We are always looking to improve and keep up with the latest equipment, materials and training requirements for our staff.
All sites are personally visited by their dedicated Area Manager on a regular basis whilst our staff are working and a full inspection of the premises is carried out to check that standards are being maintained .As an essential part of liaison, customers are asked to sign a monthly satisfaction sheet.
Security of your premises and its contents, are of the highest importance to us, as well as that of our respective staff. We would adhere to whatever security policy you have in place, including the searching of staff and signing of confidentiality agreements.
